Featured Venue
Gore Place, Waltham
Gore Place is one of the finest country estates that remain from the Federal era, with 50 acres of landscaped grounds, farmlands, and gardens. The home of Massachusetts Governor, Christopher Gore, and his wife, Rebecca, was in their time an oasis of refined country living and continues today as a pastoral escape in suburban Greater Boston. Conveniently located nine miles outside of Boston, the grounds offer a peaceful setting for any event. We are happy to host events year round, in either our elegant mansion or rustic & newly renovated Carriage House. Seasonally, enjoy the outdoors under a beautiful tent and a trip to visit the animals at our farm! Rental capacities range seasonally from intimate gatherings to large weddings and festivals.
