I have nothing but good things to say about Sensation Foods Catering. I was referred to them by another catering service that was unable to provide service for the bridal shower I was hosting because of the short notice. I was nervous because there was no time to do a tasting in order to see if I liked their food. But after reading reviews online, and speaking with Stacy over the phone about the menu, my nerves were calmed. First and most important for me, their customer service was fantastic! Stacy was so pleasant and friendly to talk to over the phone and allowed me to share my food vision for the shower. They had everything I was looking for, since many caterers didn't do kebabs. After making my final decision, she provided me with a verbal and e-mail estimate of my order, which with my ignorance about caterers seemed really good. Either way, I was going to order because they made themselves available on my short notice. After a few days, I had to edit the menu due to the final guest count and that was pretty easy. The owner Geoff helped me with that since Stacy wasn't in. I was nervous because at first he said that the foods were already being prepared (because it was the day before the shower) but he made an exception and I was glad because I didn't want to have loads of food go to waste or to waste my money. So, the day of the bridal shower, the food was delivered on time, hot and beautiful, as Stacy said it would be. They set it up for me and the guests and (most importantly) the bride to be was happy and thought the food was delicious. For the record, I ordered their rosemary and garlic beef kebabs and tropical chicken kebabs and their roasted vegetables. Absolutely delicious! I'll definitely use them again.
