Certain positions require different things.

Drivers must have a valid US license, a reliable automobile that is registered and insured. Full Service shifts are not always public transportation accessible. Reliable transportation is required.

Bartenders must be certified with either TiPS, Safeserv, or Barcode certification. At the time of hire we need a copy of that certification. We will not hire a bartender with out those certifications. Servers are urged to obtain said certifications but is not required.

All catering staff must have access to our standard uniform: A pressed and clean Black Oxford, Black Tie in a Windsor Knot, Black pants (yoga or skinny pants do not count), black belt, black socks, black shoes. Shoulder length hair must be pulled back and clean. No tattoos should be visible as well as piercings. Our customers expect excellence and we will not give them anything less.

Attendance Policy: Like most catering companies, we have busy and slow seasons. In these busy seasons, employee attendance and participation is essential. If you do not show up to a shift you have been assigned or call out sick, it may result in suspension or termination from your position. If it happens more than once termination may occur. Loyalty goes to those who work the busy season successfully.
